Of wilt u weten wat de minimale dosering is die nodig is om resultaten te behalen?<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Het korte antwoord is&#8230; Het hangt af van het bedrijf dat u de supplementen verkoopt en we zullen straks uitleggen waarom.<\/p>\n<h2>Eerst is het belangrijk om te weten hoe framboos ketonen supplementen werken en wat de onderzoeken achter de statistieken hebben uitgewezen<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Twee belangrijke studies hebben uitgewezen dat framboos ketonen<a href=\"#sup1\"><sup>1<\/sup><\/a>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Een verminderde vetopbouw in de lever kunnen stimuleren en het algehele lichaamsgewicht na 10 weken kunnen doen afnemen.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Het vet verbrandende vermogen van norepinefrine kunnen verhogen<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Bij hoge doseringen de triglyceridenspiegel kunnen verlagen<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0De spijsvertering kunnen versnellen<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0De adiponectine niveaus kunnen verhogen (wat de insulinegevoeligheid verbetert)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Het is echter belangrijk om te weten dat beide studies gebaseerd zijn op labmuizen waarbij een dosis van 0,5-2,18g\/kg werd gebruikt wat gelijk staat aan een geschatte menselijke dosis van 80-340mg\/kg.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dit zou dus overeenkomen met corresponderende doseringen van:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>870-3.700mg framboos ketonen voor een persoon van 68kg<\/li>\n<li>1.100-5.000mg framboos ketonen voor een persoon van 90kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Uit deze onderzoeken blijkt dat framboos ketonen in hogere doseringen leiden tot betere resultaten.<\/p>\n<p>Doordat deze doseringen behoorlijk hoog zijn in vergelijking met andere vet verbrandende stoffen, is de standaard aanbevolen dagelijkse dosering vaak tussen de 200mg en 500mg.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maar de meest overtuigende menselijke studie bleek dat Raspberry ketonen is het meest effectief in combinatie met stimulerende middelen zoals cafe\u00efne.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Ten tweede is het belangrijk om te weten hoeveel framboos ketonen uw supplement bevat<\/h2>\n<p>Wat ook meespeelt zijn natuurlijk de kosten. Framboos keton is een kostbaar ingredi\u00ebnt vanwege de sterk geconcentreerde aard, dit heeft ertoe geleid dat er veel framboos ketonen supplementen van lage kwaliteit op de markt zijn verschenen die meer vulstoffen bevatten dan het daadwerkelijk framboos ketonen extract.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dit maakt dat veel supplement aanbieders stellen dat de aanbevolen dosis framboos ketonen tussen de 100mg per dag is, zodat deze goedkopere framboos ketonen supplementen met lagere doseringen verkocht kunnen worden.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vanwege recente Europese regelgeving is het niet meer mogelijk grote sterkte Framboos ketonen extract schaffen. Probeer zo dicht mogelijk bij een hoeveelheid van 500mg puur framboos ketonen extract per dag te komen\u00a0of gebruik een formule die framboos keton combineert met cafe\u00efne voor een optimaal resultaat.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Wordt er gebruik gemaakt van vulstoffen?
