Product Description

Raspberry Ketones are natural compounds found in fresh raspberries, which are responsible for their unique scent.
Our new raspberry ketone complex combines the benefits of Raspberries with a powerful blend of fat burners for optimal results in a EU approved formulation.
How does Raspberry Ketone Complex work?
Raspberry ketone complex features a unique combination of fat burners which work in synergy for optimal results:
Raspberry Extract
Early studies have found that raspberry ketones, found naturally in raspberries may increase both the expression and secretion of Adiponectin[1].
Acai
The Acai Berry is of the richest sources of anthocyanins (a type of bioflavonoid antioxidant)[2].
Acetyl L-Carnitine
This is a form of easily absorbed carnitine which may have an effect on fatty acid metabolism[3].
Green tea
Green tea is rich in polyphenols, particularly EGCG, which may be linked to anti-oxidant and thermogenic functions in studies[4].
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar may have an effect on appetite suppression and a positive effect on body fat accumulation[5].
Grapefruit
Grapefruit is a rich source of nutrients, phytochemicals, antioxidant lycopene and pectin.
African Mango
African Mango, also known as Irvingia Gabonensis seed extract is high in fibre, packed with antioxidants, and studies have found that it may lead to decreased bodyweight, cholesterol, and triglycerides[6].
Resveratrol
Resveratrol is the beneficial compound found in red wine, that is produced in grapes as a defense against toxins. Resveratrol is rich in antioxidants and may help contribute to healthy heart and blood flow[7].
Kelp
Kelp is a large seaweed, which is rich in minerals which are difficult to find in other foods such as: copper, zinc, manganese, chromium, germanium, iridium and rubidium.
Caffeine anhydrous
Take advantage of the thermogenic properties of caffeine with pure caffeine extract.
Raspberry Ketone Complex combines these effective nutrients to help deliver effective results.

Clinical Studies: Key Findings from the Raspberry Ketone studies
According to early studies, raspberry ketones may help promote weight loss by:
-Promoting norephinephrine induced lipolysis, a process which alters the metabolism rate of fat cells
Increasing the rate of fat burning through fatty acid oxidation
Encouraging increased levels of adiponectin, a hormone which has been found to enhance insulin sensitivity, improve blood sugar levels, reduce triglyceride levels as well as help regulate fat burning.
-Helping inhibit fat absorption and storage in a high fat and calorie diet
-Helping target fat build up in the liver

Anti Obesity Action of Raspberry Ketone 2005 (study made on rodents)
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15862604
Results:
-Caused a reduction of body weight and fat buildup in the liver after 10 weeks
-Improved the fat burning ability of norephinephrine (a chemical released by the brain, which has an effect on fat burning)
-Reduced triglyceride levels at high dosage
-Raised metabolism
Raspberry ketones inhibited weight gain and improved fat burning 2010 (study made on rodents)
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed?term=red%20raspberry%20adiponectin
Results:
-Increased levels of adiponectin (improves insulin sensitivity and tricks the body into thinking its thin)
It is important to note that both clinical studies were performed with mice, because their genetic, biological and behaviour characteristics closely resemble those of humans, and many symptoms of human conditions can be replicated in mice and rats.
That said, results were enough to get the famous Dr Oz to dedicate a whole show to the Raspberry Ketone, and hailing it as the #1 fat burner to look into in 2013.
African Mango
IGOB131, a novel seed extract of the West African plant Irvingia gabonensis, significantly reduces body weight and improves metabolic parameters in overweight humans in a randomized double-blind placebo controlled investigation.
Significant improvements in body weight, body fat, and waist circumference as well as plasma total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, blood glucose, C-reactive protein, adiponectin and leptin levels were observed in the IGOB131 group compared with the placebo group.

The use of a Cissus quadrangularis/Irvingia gabonensis combination in the management of weight loss: a double-blind placebo-controlled study.
The obese patients under Irvingia gabonensis treatment also had a significant decrease of total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, triglycerides, and an increase of HDL-cholesterol. On the other hand, the placebo group did not manifest any changes in blood lipid components.

Effects of caffeine on energy metabolism, heart rate, and methylxanthine metabolism in lean and obese women
Consumption of caffeine was found to increase thermogenesis, and lipid oxidation in lean and obese women.

Efficacy of a green tea extract rich in catechin polyphenols and caffeine in increasing 24-h energy expenditure and fat oxidation in humans
Green tea was found to have thermogenic properties and promotes fat oxidation beyond that explained by its caffeine content per se.
