It therefore depends on the source of your weight gain, do have high cholesterol and find it difficult to resist cravings? Or do you find it difficult to resist foods which spike your blood sugar levels?

Is it safe to take Garcinia cambogia and green coffee bean together?

To date the studies on both Garcinia Cambogia and Green Coffee have found both extracts to be well tolerated, with no major side effects or negative interactions between Garcinia Cambogia and Green Coffee.

If you are taking a statin or are diabetic, you should speak with your doctor first before starting in case your prescription medicine has any contraindications.

Are there any benefits to taking Garcinia Cambogia and Green Coffee together?
